It's because of Derek our purchase was successful & able to happen! From the get go he had the right attitude, one that buyers haven't had the privilege of coming across since the house pricing boom. When I was under the pump and stressing he stayed calm & collected and would make happen everything I thought wouldn't happen so easily. What also made Derek a number 1 agent in our eyes was how involved he stayed throughout the whole process even after exchange and cooling off when really he didn't have to be. Derek didn't make us feel like another paycheque, he made us feel important and a priority even whilst working on other sales.
