The day after we submitted our interest in a property Derrick called us to arrange an inspection. We fell in love with the property and Derrick was there to guide us every step of the way. We were first time buyers and we had no idea about the steps we needed to take. Derrick made the whole process easy so we could focus on the excitement and not worry about things "behind the scenes". He helped us arrange solicitors and pest inspections and even gave us good tips on how to look after our new plants! Derrick is friendly and motivated and if we decide to move from our property we would be ringing Derrick in a heartbeat.

Derrick was great at keeping in touch through out the purchase process including building inspection and negotiation with the seller. This was important to us as we live some distance from the purchased property. He has kept in contact after the sale which most agents don't bother with. I would recommend him to other sellers as well as he has solid knowledge of current market trends.
