I really enjoyed working with Derrick because unlike some other agents, he just got straight to the point and didn't keep me on the phone giving me unnecessary information. His assessment of the current market for my property was correct and he had my property listed within 2-3 days of my acceptance to use him. The property was shown to exactly the right type of buyer and within a week of being listed, It was sold for the price I was looking for. There were delays with the buyer's settlement due to their bank, but the agent kept me up to date all the time with the relevant information so I was never left wondering what was happening. Great experience with this agent and I would be happy to use them again.
