Toni Rowan

Toni sold a house for us in Alice Springs recently. From the start she was responsive and took the lead in all things to do with the sale from preparing the house and organising trades to listing the house for sale and following up leads doggedly until the deal was done. Being out of town owners there is no way we could have done this without her good humour and patience with our endless questions and high support needs. thankyou Toni! 10/10 would go to you again.

Toni made selling our house easy. Our house sold quickly and for a price above what we expected. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Toni was amazing to work with. She was super helpful with a real passion to get the absolute best outcome for her clients in the quickest and least stressful way possible. Her communication was fantastic and I was always kept informed of what was happening. After switching from another agent to Alice Springs Realty I was blown away with the large volumes of people and exposure I got in such a short time, which led to a few offers made within 2 weeks. Would not hesitate to recommend Toni and Drew to anyone wanting to sell their home.. they are dynamite!

Toni was great at keeping in touch with all aspects of the sale. She kept us positive when it seemed we would never find a buyer.

After having Toni sell three properties for us, I think we’ve earned the right to say she’s bloody good at what she does! Toni is incredibly easy to deal with, always keeps us updated and gives honest, sensible advice along the way. Her market knowledge is excellent, and we always knew exactly where things were at after each open and throughout the sales process. She’s professional without being pushy, personable without the usual real estate fluff, and actually does what she says she’ll do. Three properties, three great experiences. We wouldn’t use anyone else. Highly recommend Toni.

We’ve now had Toni successfully sell three properties for us, and I can honestly say there is no other agent I’d use. Toni is a standout agent - fantastic communicator, personable, honest, knowledgeable and genuinely committed to getting the best outcome for her clients. After every open home, Toni provided an update, shared useful feedback from prospective buyers and kept us informed about where the market was sitting. Her knowledge of the local market was accurate, and we never felt like we were left wondering what was happening. She was equally fantastic when it came to tenant communication and working around pets. Toni is the kind of agent who actually answers the phone, tells you what you need to know without the fluff and does what she says she’ll do.
