Our property wasn’t an easy sell. It had specific aspects to suit a particular clientele. Kura and Joanne had realistic expectations of initial asking price. Inspections were numerous and we were given good honest feedback on buyer perceptions. Open houses were planned and conducted on time with thought given to presentation and important points to show viewers. Contract negotiation was clear and communicated well.
