Toni is an excellent professional and I would recommend her as an agent. I choose Toni and her team as I thought we could work together to sell my property. Toni’s communication was excellent. For instance she provided great advice and answered any questions that I had. I originally approached Toni and Drew as I heard from other locals (sellers and buyers) they were great to deal with and had results. I can confirm that this was my experience and can recommend Toni.

Toni was amazing from start to finish, excellent communication and very knowledgeable, she went above and beyond to ensure a smooth settlement and we are truely appreciative of her dedication, we highly recommend Toni : )

Toni, Drew and team got the sale done in a shorter than expected timeframe considering the amount of properties on the market in Alice Springs through great promotions from the whole team, big shoutout to Lisa Hatz Photography for the great pictures for advertising on Realestate

Toni's approach to selling the property was done in a highly professional way that made us feel as though we were the only clients that she was dealing with. Toni and the team always kept us informed giving running reports on not only our house but that of the market. Our trust was such that we valued their opinion when unsure of what steps to take to progress forward. We can't thank them enough oh and by the way we are both dog lovers so shared many stories on the adventures of our sometimes very naughty shepherds :)

I can certainly say that Toni and the team went above and beyond while selling my unit. They ran frequent inspections and online advertisements. Big thanks to the team for all their help!

Toni & the team were great in all aspects of the sale of my unit in a difficult time to sell. Toni is professional and very knowledgeable of the area and the current market. Toni & the team had good communication between myself and interested buyers. I would recommend Toni & the team to anyone interested in putting their property on the market. Thank you again.

Toni and Drew went ‘above and beyond’ to make sure I was looked after. They handled all the hiccups along the way and made things were as smooth as possible for me. Thanks again!

Toni is very knowledgeable about the area and made the buying process easy. She followed up with the vendors, and got back to me promptly and had an offer accepted the same day as viewing the property. Thanks Toni.

Toni Rowan was perfect to work with along with her team. They all made me feel I came first even when the weather was wet, cold or we were melting. All of the team worked hard for me and they were extremely professional and always looked at the brighter side of life even when there was no shows. They always kept me updated honestly with the current Alice Springs market. If I had to sell another property "Alice Springs Realty is Number One".

As a team, Toni and Drew’s deep commitment to understanding my personal needs when selling my much-loved home of many years, within a set time limit and during a period of exceedingly complex property market conditions, reflected their adaptability, perseverance, their extensive local knowledge of the market, and their genuine and sincere personalised service. Toni’s warmth, compassion and the heart she put into every step of the sale process underlined her intuitive and unparalleled communication skills. She listened and reassured and was effective, especially as open homes at the best of times can be stressful and Toni and Drew’s compassionate support and professional promotion of my property ensured positive transitions throughout the entire sale process. I am grateful for both Toni and Drew’s expertise in understanding the importance of finding the right buyer and for their responsiveness to achieve the best possible result for me and for the prospective buyers,’ which ultimately led to achieving a ‘win-win’ situation that is for me, integral to their collective exceptional customer service. Selling one’s home can be an emotional journey, mine certainly was. I cannot thank Toni and Drew enough for instilling trust and integrity for their dedicated steering me through the sale, and for their kindness, support and understanding from day one to settlement. Thank you from my heart.

The professionalism of Toni and Drew from Alice Springs Realty made the whole experience of selling our home less stressful. Their weekly communication kept us up to date, never leaving us wondering what to do next. Highly recommend ASR when selling your property.

Toni was under a fair bit of pressure trying to balance some well earned time off with customer service. Despite this both her and her partner bent over backwards to make a deal happen. We are grateful for this.
