I was a little worried about selling a property when I don’t live nearby and not able to have direct connection with the estate agent . I was concerned that it would be all too hard . We had not sold many things before . Di Calder made this so easy and hussle free . I was so impressed with her ability to just get the job done . No messing around, we just listed in two weeks and then open house and then sold . All within one month and with only necessary and important phone calls . Very honest and made everything hum. All potential problems were thought of ahead of time . Using her own initiative to get quotes for potential buyers for new carpet and paint work . Instead of us waiting and annoying tenants to do these jobs, we just allowed for that in the price . We wanted Di to keep the tenant informed and apologise that we needed to sell and how sorry we were for upsetting her nice home . Di managed this very empathetic ally as well . We were very happy with her advice and happy with the price we achieved. Would use Di as our agent again with no hesitation and thoroughly recommend her.
