The vendor and I were like two ships passing in the night but luckily Di was there to navigate us into the same port (no pun intended but it was in Port Macquarie!) Despite particularly liking the property, I had decided to give it a miss but Di's persistence, without being pushy, brought me back and I am glad that I did. I now have a home. Di was always prompt, helpful, and informative - even getting quotes for likely renovations which is something I haven't come across an agent doing before. It was always a pleasure dealing with her.
