Coming from Sydney earliest communication was by email then phone. Di was very helpful and keen to help to find the correct house. After attending the office at Port Macquarie, meeting the staff & Di it was an easy and comfortable experience. After seeing various houses she had to offer non were suitable. She then organized to see a house which was not yet on the open market . The house was again made viewable the next day which reinforced the decision to purchase. Hadn't Di taken the interest & time the purchase would not have taken place. During the purchase she was very keen, sometimes too keen. Matters have to follow a course & sometimes take longer because we have to rely on others to complete those tasks. It was a pleasure dealing with Di and the staff of Percival Real Estate.
