We went with Di to look at this home on two occasions. During this first look Di quietly led us to see the home's qualities; however the outing was hampered by clutter and we expressed this. Thanks to her intervention, our second viewing was of a a clean, uncluttered home. We could see the potential! During all days leading to the EXCHANGE we found our agent - whether by mobile contact or through email - to be a pro-active listener, reliable at keeping us 'in the loop' so that we knew what was happening at every step. When we had questions that demanded an answer, Di was quick at responding; we found that reassuring. Coming from Sydney earliest communication was by email then phone. Di was very helpful and keen to help to find the correct house.
