From the get-go Di has been nothing short of amazing. Her proactive nature and desire to keep all parties involved has been fantastic. Despite requiring two short extension, Di was able to convey the needs of the sellers whilst keeping our (buyers) best interest in mind. Throughout the whole process it felt as if we were her own client, as she would regularly call to check in and keep us and the sellers updated. This effort was hugely appreciated and after our mortgage broker disaster it was great to know she was on our side and had our back. Her professional manner is amazing, and she was able to make a stressful situation, enjoyable and fun. Di was very helpful and worked tirelessly and committed, the complaint I have was with your property management team not doing a thorough inspection on the tenant leaving as a lot of items missed on the gardens and plumbing issues and maybe someone with a better knowledge of outside functions.
Di was to put it simply “bloody awesome “. She showed true professionalism in difficult circumstances. I’m confident were it not for Di’s tenacity the sale would not have happened.
