Di was very professional in selling my house, her communication was beyond my expectation and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Always returned calls and texts promptly if not answered straight away. My tenant was court evicted and Di helped move them on, we went though the property together and she told me what i needed to do to get the property presentable, i got to work and Di had the property under offer at the first home open. Very professional and knowledgeable but most of all reliable, honest and punctual.

If you are looking for a very genuine and experienced agent, don't look further. Di has so much experience and she helped us selling the house quickly with various tactics. Firstly she put the house onto market with desired "from xxx" price ad. After few weeks of house open, it wasn't too successfully maybe because the price was bit ambitious or market was cooling down a bit. She changed the tactics and invited all offers without limit. This was great to check home valuation from markets potential buyer. The house was very well presented itself but the problem was maybe it was way too much for the price bracket as the location was rather average and land was smaller 365 SQM. After she had few home opens with "open offer tactics", she were able to give us 3 offers. Yes, not 1, not 2, but 3. Her experience played a big role here to make sure she did magic on offers and end up giving us best deal out of it for seller yet reasonable for buyer as well. Best part having Di was that she did kind of text message type reports after each home open so we were not left behind of the scene. We will ask her to sell our next house to Di again without hesitation. She is experienced, she communicates very well with buyer/seller and she understands you. Thank you Di.

I just simply says “be extra careful otherwise you will loose thousands $$$” I recently sold my property and I almost loosed $30k as I over trusted my real estate agent. Some people are experts in mind reading and then they play with your emotions and show that only they can help you. My real estate agent done even final inspection too by herself behalf of buyer. Actually I paid money to my real estate agent for looted me!!
