After a few attempts to sell my house, Di took up the challenge and was able to convert the buyer's interest into a sale in a matter of weeks. Di is a pleasure to deal with, always keeping me informed of progress and guiding me through the sale. We highly recommend Di to sell your property, I can't speak highly enough of her!

Di went above and beyond and achieved the impossible. I love her focus, commitment and direct attitude. Di isn't a typical sales agent promising the world, she is a straight shooter and gets results. I am so grateful for everything Di did for me, she really understood my situation and helped me very step of the way - very solutions focused. I am thrilled. Thank you :)

I was introduced to Di Webb by my cousin who had reviewed all the agents in the area where we we selling a house from my late mum's estate. He advised me that Di was the top selling agent in the area. I was soon to find out why. Di explained everything clearly and gave what turned out to be a close estimation of what the house would fetch on the market. Several obstacles did arise but Di removed these with a minimum of fuss while remaining totally professional. Di worked tirelessly to sell the house, holding open house weekly, chasing up on prospective buyers and following up relentlessly on each and every lead. Di kept me up to date on every lead. At no time did Di try to convince me that I should lower the asking price in order to get a quick sale. Added to this was Di's happy nature and thorough professionalism. I would recommend Di Webb to anyone with a house to sell. You will enjoy the experience.

Di answered all my questions with honesty and shared her experience in the industry of buying a property l will be hunting Di out when its time to sell

Di provided us with honest and experienced advice and was really easy to work with. Thank you Di for getting our property sold so quickly!

Throughout the process of buying our first home, Di always made herself available to answer the dumb questions and help us along the way. For what is seemingly a very daunting task, Di made the whole scenario an enjoyable, relatively stress-free one. We could not recommend Di enough when it comes to getting the best Real Estate advice (buying or selling).

I was searching for a house and in the Everton Park areafor quite a whiloe, found a house I was interested in with Di, She guided me through the process with much understanding for my and the owners situation. She has been totally professional and just helpful throughout the inital and the contractual phase of the purchase. Always answers her phone and has always gone out of her way to assist me with any requests of I have had. Thanks Di.

After 32 years it was time to move on - a traumatic experience for an elderly person and with Di's help everything just fell into place, nothing was a bother and always ready to spend the time keeping in touch so that it was a comfortable transition. We have been kept up to date with details of open houses and after receiving and accepting offer, Di has still kept in touch and assisted in so many ways. A great help considering the move was interstate and made in a hurry. I can highly recommend Di and feel sure anyone seeking her help with the sale of their home will receive the same wonderful service.

Di was really wonderful to work with on the purchase of our new home. She was extremely prompt in responding to any query we had about the property and was always happy to take time out of her day to assist us. She had excellent knowledge of the property itself and loved how she also recommended local business to assist us with pest inspections and conveyances. I would highly recommend Di to anyone looking for a new property! She made the experience of buying a home much less stressful for the both of us!

I enjoyed working with Di. She has a strong understanding of the local Everton Park market, provides detailed initial appraisals, and ongoing updates through the sale campaign, is flexible around busy schedules, and remains energetic, and committed, through the entire campaign. I would definately recommend Di

Late last year my Mother passed away and I was appointed her executor. One of those tasks I had to perform was the sale of our family home, a place dear to my heart, a task I knew would be painful. I spoke to three different agents and Di Webb from Elders was the only one who I felt understood the emotions involved with such a task. When you deal with Di you get an agent who leaves her ego at the door and talks to you in terms you can understand. Her advertising campaign uses common sense and a knowledge of what really works and as such cost about half of what many other agents were asking. When you use Di and her team at Elders Everton Park you know you are getting an agent who is in there working hard for your interests and not someone who only wants to make you " A part of their success story'' I would sincerely like to thank Di Webb and her team for making this difficult stage of my life a much easier process. Regards Warren Murchie

Di has been a highly professional, approachable and honest agent. She has a thorough knowledge of the Everton Park area and the state of the property market, and her communication with me through the process was exemplary. I very much appreciated her help and understanding in my situation. Thanks Di.
