Di sold our house in Everton park in February 2018. We chose her because she asked so many questions when we 1st met to get a good understanding of what we wanted. She had appraised it though (with other agents) a year prior. During that time she made herself available to provide knowledge and advice about houses we were looking at in the area we wanted to move to. Her advice was invaluable and helped us get a fantastic outcome on the house we bought. For the house we sold her advice about preparing the house for sale was spot on. Her communication throughout was excellent and proactive. Her wise and mature advice gave us a great platform for the sale and although we worked hard to get it ready we were rewarded with a positive result. We had an offer before the 1st open house closed.
