Diana was great to work with. She had a good idea of the market, listened and answered our concerns and worked with our suggestions. Questions about all the details, who is responsible for what, etc. were all answered in a timely fashion. House sold in a good time for a good price.

7 years ago when I was house-hunting, I was lucky enough to meet Diana Cresswell. As a buyer, Diana kept us up to date with every suitable house that came on to the market. She’d make a quick call, give us some details, and ask if we would like to view the property. No pressure, just good old-fashioned keeping in touch. We found a house that we loved, but it was out of our reach. However, the minute there was a price reduction she called us, and with a bit of juggling we were able to buy our fantastic house. 7 years later, when it was time to move on, the first person I thought of was Diana. She popped around, gave me good, honest feedback and realistic price indications. The difference with Diana was she was positive and enthusiastic. Instead of pointing out that people with young children wouldn’t like the small back lawn, she was positive about the families with teenagers who would love the pool. This enthusiasm rubbed off on the buyers and within a few days of listing she had two offers – SOLD. The price achieved met my expectation exactly. Diana kindly met all of the tradesmen associated with the sale conditions of a house which made it so much easier for me, as I worked some distance away. Just a wonderful person to deal with on all sides. There was a chain of 3 involved with our purchase and all 3 connected to Diana. Things could not have gone smoother for all 3 parties. We were "Hot" buyers and hounded by 3 other agents from rival estate agents. Diana's relationship with the seller meant that no question was too hard and several further viewings were not an issue. In the future we will be looking to buy again and rent out this property we have just purchased, we will look to Diana to manage this property and certainly be looking at any houses she has available. To top it off our gift hamper was packed with quality well thought out goodies.

Well what can I say? We bought our lovely home from Tina Ball 8 years ago and when I saw that Tina had commenced her own real estate business, well I had to give her a go. We listed our home on Thursday afternoon and it was sold the next day! Di has an exceptional demeanor that was evident from the time I met her.
