Diana is a super friendly agent who makes everyone feel welcome. She is enthusiastic and engages potential buyers really well, helping to sell the strong points of a property. I felt that the knowledge of the actual market conditions were not appreciated or not communicated. Ie the market had dropped significantly between the initial appraisal and putting it on the market, but the Agent stubbornly refused the actual talk dollar expectations once the Sale Agreement was signed.
