Pleasantly Surprised

As someone who tends to distrust real estate agents, I was relieved to discover how trustworthy and straight-up Dianne was in all our dealings, and how well she managed the competing needs of all parties: myself, the purchasers and my valued tenant, who described her as "wonderful". Dianne was concerned about clear and honest disclosure for the purchasers and kept in close contact with my tenant to ensure she was looked after. She also went out of her way to support me in managing a number of hiccups between listing and settlement.
