Diane's market knowledge was second to none. When we approached her to discuss the sale of our investment property, she knew immediately what it was worth, the type of buyer she needed to attract and proceeded with the marketing straight away. Such was her knowledge and commitment to us as the vendors, the apartment was sold within two weeks, and carried on to completion within a further month! We have sold lots of properties over the years, and I only wish we had Diane to sell them! There were no 'dramas' and the solicitor suggested by Diane (we asked for a recommendation)was first class and we will certainly use them again. The sale was the only one we've had that was unstressful (an oxymoron I know, but true!), and at no stage were we left 'out of the loop'. Would I use Diane again - without doubt. A true professional, but mindful of the needs of the vendor, buyer, and, in the case, the tenants in situ. If you have Diane handling your sale, you are in very safe hands.
