Dianne was a pleasure to deal with. She aimed and achieved high, and was willing to set a precedent. I had met with number of agents prior to Dianne and they all made me feel like I was dealing with used car salesmen. They tried to pressure me into signing up with them all the whilst being full of self promotion (obviously after a quick sale so they could keep bragging about how many properties they sell). Dianne was genuine and sincere, and also observant. She noticed all the small details and effort that had gone into renovating my property (once again, something the other male agents had failed to do), and this translated to her interactions with potential buyers.
