We recently had the pleasure of meeting Dianne who sold our house in Bassendean. Dianne went above and beyond to Sell our house and help us purchase our beautiful New home in Mt Lawley. Dianne was amazing, the amount of work she put in and she kept me informed of developments over Christmas when things were slower. I was tired of managing a rental property in Bayswater and was not sure about selling until I spoke with Dianne who was selling my neighbours property and she assured me she could obtain a decent sales price if I went ahead and sold. Dianne did that and more, to the point of obtaining a smoke detector battery for me! I am a very happy customer and would happily recommend her services. She is a great operator, honest and very hardworking and as a Bayswater resident loves and knows Bayswater and surrounds very well . I think the City of Bayswater will need to name a Baysie park after you Dianne :)

I had Di sell my home and she was fantastic! She went out of the way to do everything to assist and help me with a smooth sale, I live on the East Coast, so her help was great. She helped my tenant find a new home, met tradesmen for quotes and repairs prior to the sale and ensured a perfect sale to happy new owners.
