He suggested a 21 day auction campaign and provided us a full marketing campaign ,he even erected the signboard. After one open house Dick provided feedback that we had serious interest from cash buyers and suggested we bring the auction forward 10 days to take advantage. We had a midweek on site auction which would be unusual in Young and all the buyers showed up. The result far exceeded our expectations. We can't thank Dick and his team enough.

Dick handled himself very professionally and encouraged interested parties very well. I think Dick relied heavily on my farm manager to lead the of the on ground inspections. I was disappointed in the advertising penetration particular into the domestic wine industry. I feel little to no overseas advertising was carried out. I am very happy with the sale result achieved but would have liked more expressions of interest to go forward with. Would have preferred advertising to be taken out of your commission fee.
