His response to my initial message was immediate. He continued to provide constant communication through the sale process and even after we picked up the keys. Dick is an extremely professional agent with outstanding local knowledge of the Hilltops Region. His knowledge and understanding of the Young District is beyond compare, as is his honesty. I met Dick at an open house in late 2017 and upon describing the type of property I required for my daughter and her special needs children he searched diligently for just the right house which he found at 2 Dwyer Drive. Upon my first inspection I immediately made an offer and after a little negotiation settled on the property in January 2018. In late 2020 I toyed with the idea of moving from Grenfell to Young with the intent of purchasing small acreage. Upon viewing 140 Commons Road I immediately knew that this was meant to be my new home. Dick made the buying process very easy and I settled within a few weeks of making the offer. Dick continued to provide support and small farming advice and I now consider him a friend as well as my agent. He also pointed me in the right direction towards choosing tradespeople. When it is time to sell my Grenfell house I will ask Dick to do so as I was not happy with the services provided by the Grenfell agents.
