Dick acted for me on a recent sale. His market appraisal was spot on (and matched that provided by a valuer). Dick kept me in the loop with everything that was happening. Whenever a wrinkle arose in negotiations or between the solicitors, Dick was very quickly able to talk to the parties and get to the nub of the matter. Most importantly, however, Dick is someone who I trust and felt I could rely upon. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.
