We were looking for a property in Young and had seen a few other agents throughout the town but once we met Mr Cummins we knew we would be buying a property. Firstly he personally took us to several properties within our requested perimeters and gave us both a historical and modern review telling us about workers cottages and the local hospitals near by. Finally he took us to a lovely unit that we ended up taking after some well presented background from Dick. Its Dicks honesty, humor and historic/modern knowledge his home town that makes him an asset to his company and a credit to his industry.
