I was mislead with the terms and after the contract was signed i came to know that the owners wanted to stay back for 90 days after settlement for free where as i was told that they are seeking total 90 days of rent free period including the normal 6 weeks of settlement and that was the misleading statement made by the agent unfortunately. And for that now the 5 townhouses i am making will not give to your agency to sell, sorry.
