Wow what a great Real Estate Agent. We had to put my mother's house on the market due to putting her into a home. 6 Months before that we had an appraisal done, I returned to WA and Deigo contacted myself every month not to hassle me but to keep in contact and if I asked how the market was going he would tell me. We finally had to put Mum in a home then put Mum's house on the market. Deigo's honesty and compassion was incredibly professional. We put the house first on Property Showcase and Deigo's contact with me during this time was amazing. During these few weeks unfortunately my Mum became ill and passed away, as well as, we had offers coming in. As difficult as it was for myself, Deigo's approach stayed professional but his compassion was incredible. I took an offer at the time I was organising Mum's funeral, which was very reasonable, and the deposit was put down. I would HIGHLY recommend Deigo at no doubt what so ever. Diego Menendez firstly introduced himself with an email followed by a phone call, which gives me comfort that a professional is helping us with the sale of our home . He never stops updating me with any information about the sale of our house and always leaves messages if he cannot get me on the phone.I can tell with most of our conversation on thevphone that he was trying his best to help us find a buyer for our home and had open homes every Saturday and some weekdays taking potential buyers in to see the house.We are so thankful to him for all the hard work that he has done and may I say that we were blessed with his effort that now we have got a purchaser.
