Dilshan and his team at UpHill were friendly, and they did sell our house, but overall we were disappointed with the outcome. My husband and I believe they listed our property too high from the start of the campaign (despite my husband and I telling them we had concerns about the price range). We didn't have much for traffic through the property and the campaign was slow going. We had to lower the price significantly to generate more interest. We did not receive our first offer until 7 weeks into the campaign, and they weren't great offers. Given how underwhelming the internet had been in our property, we felt that we had to accept an offer that was considerably lower than we had expected. Although the outcome of the sale is not entirely the fault of UpHill, my husband and I are still very disappointed with how it all ended, and felt that the campaign was not handled very well, resulting in us selling the house for significantly less than was promised. Their communication we found to be quite poor. We frequently had to initiate feedback and request information from UpHill. There was a lot of miscommunication and just general lack of it too. Just after the sale, I posted this review, and we were immediately met with some very unprofessional communication from UpHill! This just added to our disappointment and frustration.
