Hi Rowena,
Whilst not something positive to receive, I wanted to clear up a few things. As you can tell from the reviews of many Vendors & Purchasers throughout this page of reviews - one thing I am is a person before I am a real estate agent. As explained to you through emails provided to you from the Vendor; & as explained a few times with supporting evidence from the Vendor, the SPEAR application for the Plan of Subdivision was well underway prior to you guys signing the Contract of Sale & Section 32. I wish nothing more than for you guys to be in your new home, as much as the Vendor wants this to settle. By no means have I ever entered into any "deceptive or misleading conduct" for the sake of a sale - it goes against the grain of me as a person, let alone a Real Estate agent.
The Vendor had even offered a license agreement to you guys to try and assist, however this was rejected as well. I wish there was a process that I could assist with with the Council to fasten up the process & get this property settled, however, we are at the hands of others whom I personally have no control with. All I can do is sell the property, and pass on every single bit of information that I am privy too & made aware of, which is what I did in this case prior to you guys purchasing the property. If you would like to discuss this further, I am more than happy to organise a ZOOM if it suits. Take care & I hope this property settles for both the Vendor & yourselves soon.
