very respectful, considerate young man who has a good understanding of the local market and took time to understand my requirements and worked hard to get them. Dimitri has a great future in this industry ahead of him and I wish him all the best.
No exaggeration, but Dimitri is the best agent I’ve met. He was very patient answering all my questions during the process of purchase, from the inspection point to the settlement. He does whatever he can to help. He’s easy to approach, friendly and at the same time ethical and professional. He also has a very good understanding of the market and deep knowledge of the real estate industry. Highly recommended to work with!
Very proactive and made the process of purchasing as simple as possible.
Dimitri was very pleasant to interact with and very responsive to all of my questions.
He kept me informed along the way and negotiated a very good sale price for me in a very short time frame
During inspections, negotiations and the finalisation of my purchase of 24/53-59 Balmoral Road Northmead, I found Dimitri to be extremely helpful, informative and prompt in all matters during the process of the purchase. He was also patient and kind at all times. I thoroughly recommend his assistance in the purchase of real estate.
I am very happy to provide feedback for Dimitri. I was very new to the property market when I first came across my new home but Dimitri was immediately able to connect with my expectations and provide options for me to progress further. I was juggling with a lot of other commitments at the same time so had to call and email Dimitri on an ad-hoc basis for clarifications. I always got timely and relevant response and in the end all the interactions resulted in a successful transaction that went smoothly ahead. I find Dimitri very trustworthy and credible with a very likeable personality. I would highly recommend Dimitri to my contacts.
Very helpful, patient and we'll manner, will highly recommend to my friends
Dimitri provided a very professional service, very obliging without undue sales pressure. My emails and phone enquiries were responded to very quickly and made my purchasing experience timely and stress free.
