Dion was always friendly and easy to deal with. However, he did tell me he would be honest open and transparent. I think Dion could have been more open about the vendors expectations. To have a reserve $75k above the top end of the expected range I think was unreasonable not to indicate. Having said that I am happy with the transaction and the continued interactions post sale.
