Dion remained enthusiastic and determined to achieve the best outcome for us despite the property having its challenges. Dion not only sought to understand the issues through town planners but also ensured that we understood them. Throughout the process Dion remained mindful of what we as a family aimed to achieve and was able to negotiate amazing settlement terms with the buyer. We cannot speak more highly of Dion and his amazing team. The communication and patience that we have received during the process as first time sellers has been invaluable to us whilst making the whole experience extremely pleasant. We first met Dion about 5 years ago, when he sold a previous property for us. It was under less than ideal circumstances, but he worked hard and got an acceptable result. Selling this property would be better for sure. On the first call, he answered by name, showing we were important enough to hold information from the last time we met. He sat down and discussed strategies for an auction with a second plan if that didn't work. No bidders registered after a campaign that generated strong interest and above average number of inspections. More chats about how to proceed. His knowledge of the area and what buyers were really after was pivotal. He secured a sale that was acceptable, but he felt wasn't the right person. After contacting all people who showed interest, circumstances had changed for one prospective buyer. They seemed a better fit for the home, so Dion negotiated a great price that everybody was happy with and locked it in. We couldn't have been happier with Dion's service or the outcome of our sale! He was such an amazing communicator and held my hand every step of the way. We were living in Toowoomba and selling in Brisbane so Dion and his team were always on hand to help me set the house up, make appointments and do whatever needed doing to get the house ready to sell. Dion and his team was very knowledgeable about what strategies to use for our house sale. They used a number of different communication tools making it easy to make contact with himself and his team. They showed professionalism to both us and the buyers coming to our open houses. Dion and his team Matthew and Abbie worked together to get us the price we wanted for our sale. They kept us up to date after every open house, informing us who attended and their interest in our property. We received an offer we wanted and lucky for us they continued with the open houses until it was an unconditional sale as the sale fell through due to finances, but as they continued to do the open houses they were able to get us another sale.
