Selling this property would be better for sure. On the first call, he answered by name, showing we were important enough to hold information from the last time we met. He sat down and discussed strategies for an auction with a second plan if that didn't work. After contacting all people who showed interest, circumstances had changed for one prospective buyer. They seemed a better fit for the home, so Dion negotiated a great price that everybody was happy with and locked it in.
