Dion was the only agent we trusted to sell our property and despite the lock down/pandemic, he was able sell our property above our expectations in a week. Really shows his ability as an experienced real estate agent and his commitment to his clients.
Dion has great local knowledge. He’s trustworthy, friendly, outgoing, and honest.
We couldn’t recommend Dion and his team more. Dion was both supportive and helpful whilst we were getting our home ready for sale and once went to market. New restrictions were put in place due to COVID19 the same week we went to market and Dion was reassuring and so professional through all the required changes. Dion’s approachability and communication skills make working with him and his team easy and stress free. If we were ever to sell again, Dion would be the first person we’d call.
5days, 41 inspections, 9 bidders and sold $100k over expectations
We were impressed with Dion's enthusiasm, knowledge and skill in arranging the sale of our unit at a price that was slightly above our expectations. All this at a difficult time and dealing with a not fully cooperative property manager. Dion was always helpful, had excellent communication with us and was patient in helping us every step along the way.
"If you want this done, this is the guy you need to talk to". Dion is THAT guy in the real estate profession in the Hills and upper north shore. We met Dion as the agent for the vendors of the property we bought. We were so touched by his enthusiasm and friendliness that we asked him to be our agent for the sale of our house, even though it was slightly out of his area. From the get go, Dion made things super easy. He had an outstanding knowledge of the market and the area, which gave us immediate confidence and eased any nervousness we had in this unknown and unfamiliar process of selling a property. Our journey with Dion was never stressful. We never had to chase him up for an update, as he would call us with an update after every inspection and in between, and provided us with an expertly prepared inspection report about potential buyers, their comments and potential purchase price. Dion was always on top of things, always thinking a step ahead, giving recommendations when he saw fit that would increase our chances for a better sale price, yet always respected our own decisions. We never had to question whether there was anything we missed or should have thought of, because Dion was there every step of the way giving us sage advice. As our agent, Dion was genuine, professional, immensely knowledgable, friendly and dedicated 120% to his work, without an ounce of arrogance. He IS the guy.
Dion will give you constant clear communication throughout the sales process, he sets the bar very high and maintains it all the way through selling your house. Trust Dion with your home. You will never look back.
I recently purchased a house through Ray White, Dion was very professional and honest throughout the whole process and a pleasure to deal with.
We bought our second home through Dion and the team at Ray White in May of 2019, as per an agreement with the vendor we had a long settlement period which Dion and the team handled very well. Communication was A+ at all times, even just to check in to see how we are doing. Because of this we decided to lease our other property through RW and have been totally vindicated by our decision. I have dealt with many agents and understand well what it takes to be a brilliant one, Dion and his team at RW stands out as one of the best.
Mr.Dion Verzeletti is a nice and professional sales gentlemen.he is a patient and hardworking person. He will patiently answer each of your questions and give appropriate suggestion. Every open inspiration he has a report. The sales plan will be adjusted according to customer's budget. Work with him like friend, Very good experience!
Dion Verzeletti is an excellent real estate agent who is honest, professional and works extremely hard to achieve the best possible result. His ability to keep us fully informed during the process of selling was outstanding and made the whole journey much more pleasant. We would be happy to recommend him to anyone wishing to sell or buy.
I found Dion very welcoming, unassuming and upfront. Quite different from real estate agents I met before. At the back of my mind I asked myself whether he could deliver the sale I was expecting. But with his experience, market knowledge and hard work, he overdelivered -- way above my expectations. I just followed all that he suggested, while he was working hard even on a Sunday. Yes, I was getting calls and messages from him even on a Sunday. And he sold my property on the first open house with quite impressive result. I will certainly consider doing business with him again.
