Dirk was assigned to sell my house after my rental agent recommended him (from the same agency). He explained the process in simple terms thoroughly including how fees and selling costs worked. He then gave me a few days to deliberate before we agreed on what price range we would advert and what advertising he would engage. The initial sale period did not attract significant numbers or any offers, so I suggested we drop the price below the next $100,000 threshold. Dirk agreed to the strategy but left the amount as “from” to ensure he could push hirer. This had an immediate effect with many attendees and inquired and several offers or intentions of offers. The first solid offer was a cash offer for above the “from” price, so in the absence of any other cash offers and having achieved my minimum price I accepted. Dirk and his team did a great job and I would recommend him to anyone selling (or buying frankly) as he knows the game very well and is a straight shooter.

I purchased the property whilst i was still overseas, although this was extra works for Dirk he was still extremely professional and knowledgeable regarding all aspects required for this transaction. Dirk made this a seamless trouble free process and i would highly recommend him for any real estate purchases.
