We appointed Dirk to sell our property in Doubleview 6018. During his visit we were given advice how to present the house for the sale. Regular calls and emails provided us with all the information to sell the house without any problems. His advertising was so good more than 30 groups inspected the house on the 1st open house on a Saturday and a similar number of groups on Sunday. There were seversl offers and we signed the contract with the best offer on Monday . Within 7 weeks the house was sold. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable agent and highly recommended.
