It was reassuring to have Dirk guiding us through what would normally be a stressful process. Nothing was a problem, as Dirk has the knowledge and experience to deal with the whole process (from valuation to post-sale), and did so while keeping us in the loop. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Dirk.
Dirk provided an excellent service and advice and achieved the set selling price. Thoroughly recommend Dirk.
Dirk took on the sale of THREE hard to market small old units in a specific time line. He acheived it through a diligent approach to marketing and outstanding communication, always being realistic with the process. Forget the rest go with the best. Put Dirk to work Lyle & Shirley
Dirk went out of his ways to ensure our purchasing requirements were met and was always happy to answer all our questions. Dirk's professionalism and great attitude shone throughout.
Dirk promptly responded to our questions and requests as buyers. He is an agent with integrity that conducts transparent sales and settlement processes. I would recommend Dirk to both sellers and buyers.
I would highly recommend Dirk to sell property and would definitely use him again. He was very professional, clear and upfront in what service he will provide at the initial meeting. This included organising trade people to quote and fix up some problem areas in the unit. He project managed all the repairs. Made my life very easy.
Dirk is a consummate professional. The team at Davey real estate managed the sale of our two properties a few years apart - both times exceeding our expectations with their approach and sale outcomes. Dirk provided realistic market appraisal, drove a strong market campaign and worked to keep both us and purchasers informed through the offer and settlement process. Communication, enthusiasm & local market knowledge was the key to a successful outcome. By far the best real estate agent in the Doubleview/Scarbrough/North Beach vicinity. Highly recommended and will reach out if we ever need enter the 6018 postcode.
Dirk made this a seamless process, always kept us up to date and was willing to go above and beyond. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Dealing with Dirk and Meegan to buy my new home was a delightful experience
We appointed Dirk to sell our property in Doubleview 6018. During his visit we were given advice how to present the house for the sale. Regular calls and emails provided us with all the information to sell the house without any problems. His advertising was so good more than 30 groups inspected the house on the 1st open house on a Saturday and a similar number of groups on Sunday. There were seversl offers and we signed the contract with the best offer on Monday . Within 7 weeks the house was sold. He is a very friendly and knowledgeable agent and highly recommended. Best wishes to Dirk and his team.
