Dirk had the contacts and expertise to give our property that edge over other properties in the area. He was very easy to deal with and always kept us updated with regards to our property leading up to it going to market and during the selling process. He went out of his way to keep the gardens watered when we could not. Should we want to enter the area in the future I would not hesitate to use Dirk again.

After that time my house was worth more, so it paid off and I appreciate Dirk’s honesty. The Davey Real Estate team, and specifically Dirk were great. Since we moved back to Australia in June, our experience has been that selling agents have shown little interest in best serving the needs of prospective buyers. Their only interest has been in achieving the best outcome for the sellers, with a general disregard for respectful or equitable service to buyers. This was not however the case with Dirk. We felt he treated us respectfully, provided great customer service, was considerate of our needs as a young family, and genuinely worked to find a solution that best met the needs of the sellers and buyers.
