It was a stressful sale and there were some challenging times as we worked through the campaign. However overall we really appreciated DJ's style in always being available and passing on feedback from inspections. We always felt updated on progress. DJ realised he had to spend quite a bit of time to reset our expectations of what sale price we could expect. The sale price was significantly lower than our initial expectation. I felt despite that being new expectation being what the market was paying that further insight at point of signing could help with that journey. It was a tough market so we understand it was a challenging sale to work through from both us and DJ. One comment to call out, DJ brought in a partner (cant remember his name) in a couple of discussions and I did find him to be a little unprofessional. This might sound trivial but on the second occasion prior to auction, he didnt say hello and found him to lack the required social skills. Whereas DJ has always demonstrated he is very much able to be cognisant of the environment which was pleasing. D
