We were really happy with the outcome of our recent sale. The most part of the process was smooth and communication was great. DJ gave us great knowledge and insight into the auction process and guided us in all the important decisions in getting our property ready for sale. He gave us referrals for everything we needed to get done and worked tirelessly in coordinating all the works. He was always responsive and was even reachable after hours. When the house was on the market, he regularly provided us with updates and reports over the phone and in scheduled meetings. The only negative if we had to pick would be the fact that some answers to our questions were a bit inconsistent, and there was an unplanned change to the scheduling of a couple of events that caused a bit of confusion. But all in all, his down-to-earth no-fuss approach really showed what a great agent should be.
