I met Jacob several years ago when I bought my first property and haven’t used another realestate since. My most recent property sold had an astonishing result and the transition/ process was as smooth as could be. They say never trust a salesman, however I can say right now that Jacob is as honest and as professional as they come. Could not recommend anyone more to sell or purchase a property from.

Jacob has been a fantastic person to deal with throughout this whole process. He's been clear, open and exceedingly patient in our journey to buy our first home. We cannot recommend him enough.

Jacob is a very knowledgeable and professional agent. He talked us through every part of the process, was incredibly transparent and able to tailor his approach to our specific needs and lifestyle. When problems arose, Jacob presented solutions to solve the issues quickly and efficiently.

Jacob was friendly and honest about what he thought the house was worth and might go for at auction. He was helpful throughout the process and checked in to make sure we had what we needed and were ready to bid on the day.

Jacob and the TPC team are amazing, they pay lots of attention to the clients, making great suggestions, and exceeded the expectation of the sales result. Greatest experience with this sale.

Jacob’s approach to the sale of my property has been nothing short of phenomenal. He achieved an excellent result and was highly attentive with open, prompt communication through the whole process. My husband has bought and sold a lot of properties and has rightly said Jacob was the best agent he has ever come across. Jacob is personable and results driven. Could not recommend him highly enough.

Jacob has a genuine and friendly nature. He is helpful, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He carries out his work professionally. I did not feel pressured making sales decisions. It was a pleasure having Jacob as my agent selling my property.

We thought it would be a big task, but thanks to Jacob it was honestly the easiest and best experience! Jacob organised everything from painting to a garden clean up to assist us getting show ready! We spoke about our expectation from the sale and Jacob BLEW us away!! We cannot thank him enough for his hard work and effort he put into the sale of our property! It has made a great impact on our young families life! If you are thinking of selling, Jacob’s the Agent you need! Sit back and watch Jacob work his magic! We highly recommend him!

Jacob is very knowledgeable in selling and marketing and is a good judge of peoples character. He is very approachable and also honest. Although our house has not yet been settled our experience with Jacob has been very positive. We spoke to many agents before we engaged Jacob and our first impression was excellent. Very patient and well mannered. He also responds quickly when we asked him any questions. We highly recommend Jacob.
