I am only too happy to comment on what was a great outcome for me. This was in no small part due to Jacob having a sound knowledge of the housing in my area, and what could and could not achieved, thereby alleviating unwarranted expectations as to price, condition of the residence for sale .This in turn eased my nervousness and made the sale of my family home a better experience than I could have imagined. Jason’s professionalism is faultless and he was always available to fix any concerns that I had and I had many. I would like to say that I now consider Jason to be a good friend and hope that does indeed visit me up north . Plus he passed the Solo test and that is faultless, is never wrong.
