I recently purchased an apartment through Domenic and would like to provide feedback on my experience. On the positive side, Domenic was friendly, approachable, and responsive throughout the process. He was easy to contact, answered questions promptly, and maintained a professional and courteous manner. These qualities helped make the overall purchase process smoother. That said, there were some challenges that impacted my experience. The initial inspection felt rushed, which limited the opportunity to properly inspect the apartment. I was also left without the agent and keycard access in the wellness/pool area, and had to ask a resident to open the gate to exit. At the pre-settlement inspection, the timing felt rushed again. I wasn't aware that Domenic only had 20 minutes and time was reduced when the storage cage couldn’t be located, and I wasn't able to view the building amenities. The most significant concern, however, was the misrepresentation of the owners corporation fees. These were advertised at around $700 per quarter but turned out to be over $1,000 per quarter, which is a difference of more than $300. This discrepancy has an ongoing financial impact and is something I would have expected to be communicated accurately from the outset. Overall, while Domenic was personable and responsive, I felt that greater care around inspection timing, access to amenities, and the accuracy of key information (particularly fees) would have made for a much more positive experience.
