I recently purchased an apartment through Domenic and would like to provide feedback on my experience. On the positive side, Domenic was friendly, approachable, and responsive throughout the process. He was easy to contact, answered questions promptly, and maintained a professional and courteous manner. These qualities helped make the overall purchase process smoother. That said, there were some challenges that impacted my experience. The initial inspection felt rushed, which limited the opportunity to properly inspect the apartment. I was also left without the agent and keycard access in the wellness/pool area, and had to ask a resident to open the gate to exit. At the pre-settlement inspection, the timing felt rushed again. I wasn't aware that Domenic only had 20 minutes and time was reduced when the storage cage couldn’t be located, and I wasn't able to view the building amenities. The most significant concern, however, was the misrepresentation of the owners corporation fees. These were advertised at around $700 per quarter but turned out to be over $1,000 per quarter, which is a difference of more than $300. This discrepancy has an ongoing financial impact and is something I would have expected to be communicated accurately from the outset. Overall, while Domenic was personable and responsive, I felt that greater care around inspection timing, access to amenities, and the accuracy of key information (particularly fees) would have made for a much more positive experience.

Domenic has exceeded my highest expectations in relations to good old Fashion customer service. His communications were up to date and in real time. He pushed all enquiries and buyers to ensure that the best sale deal was on the top of table before auction. Great result and thanks to the whole team at Dingle Partners

I had a 10/10 experience with the agent who sold us the property. From the first viewing to the last, Dominic Zanelli was very patient and was able to answer most of our queries with regards to the property. He was also very attentive to our needs and even negotiated a discount on my behalf with the building inspection report that was organised by another interested party. He also went the extra mile to give my daughter her first donut upon learning she loves them however never has had them before! Overall, I felt that Dominic was honest with us and didn't push us to purchase above and beyond our means which made us feel very happy with our purchase and experience in dealing with Belle Property. The only discrepancy I would like to mention is that the advertised property was not listed correctly on the Belle website. The landsize was listed as 200sqm however in actual fact, it is 166sqm.
