We engaged Dominic to sell our property and were extremely impressed with his professionalism and the level of service he provides. Our property needed some updating before sale and Dominic provided us with sound advice on which improvements to make within our budget to maximise returns. He even assisted us with organising some of our property improvements after we had been let down by other trades and services we had organised ourselves. Communication was excellent at all times with him providing updates to us shortly after every home open or inspection regardless of the potential. We had a very strong idea of the sale price we wanted and Dominic managed to get us an offer we were very happy with in the end. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to all family and friends looking to sell (or buy) properties in the near future.

Dominic from the start was incredibly accommodating and flexible. We managed to view the property a few times at short notice fitting in with our busy work schedules. During the sale process any questions we had were quickly and completely answered. Even post sale when a lot of agents disappear Dom has been around. He is passionate about this area of Perth and knows it really well

Dominic was extremely pleasant to work with, throughout the entire selling process. He's such a 'normal' dude, it's hard to believe he's also a salesman :). He was very friendly, relatable and easy to get along with. He's very patient and was pretty much on-hand 24/7 to answer any of my concerns via text/email. He was always informative and professional. He was selling my house but, he always ensured that all the boxes were ticked not only for my sale, but for the incoming buyer as well!

Dominic arranged the marketing and sale of my home in Yokine during a tough market. I was comfortable with him from the start and enjoyed our interaction during the weeks the house took to sell. He also tried to find me my new home. I would use Dominic’s services again and I wish him well in his new role.
