In the current market houses seem to sell themselves. A few of the things that were pitched didn’t eventuate like a list of pre qualified buyers with finance approved, if the person making the offer doesn’t have finance approved etc, small deposit written on contract when I specifically asked for a meaningful deposit, asking if the building inspection can be deferred because the buyer hadn’t found and organised one, not actively discussing the merit of the offer and counter offer strategy, me having to follow up a booking of final inspection.
