We asked Don to sell our home at the price we wanted and with some initial restrictions that he may not normally have. But the big challenge for him was to sell it in an area that had not had any comparisons in our high price range, and with some stating that it would not reach the asking price. From appraisal to settlement Don was all over it and we felt as though we were in safe hands from the get go!
