Before we met Donald, we have spoken to a number of realestate agents who don't believe in the value of our property. All they want is to get our listing and sell it at the so called market value without taking into consideration what we have done to the property i.e. fully renovated, styled and fully furnished. Our property achieved more than 50% in rental yield in compare to other property in the same block. However, we were valued closely to those un-renovated properties by other agents, just because we are in the same block of unit.
