Whilst we have known and been friends with Donna, we had never had a professional relationship with her. Donna expressed her interest in helping us sell our house, knowing we had listed it with other agencies on four separate prior occasions, all without attracting any offers that we would consider seriously. Donna, my agent during the past few months had a very hard battle on her hands when she tried to sell my house in Moonee Beach.
