The team from Dobbs & Co (Nathan Dobbs & Charlotte Evans) who worked on the sale of this property were A+. Given I did not reside locally, Nathan & Charlotte ensured that they did all they could to prep the house for inspections and were available to support me. Nathan's approach was friendly but assured which I believe resulted in us achieving our target price.
