Amy was extremely timely and responsive to all requests for viewings and information, her knowledge of the market and area was above expectation. I would not hesitate to recommend Amy as an agent

Amy was extremely helpful throughout the purchase of our new home. From answering questions out of hours, to organising a second viewing for us on her day off, Amy went out of her way to satisfy any queries we had while facilitating a seamless handover of the property.

The team from Dobbs & Co (Nathan Dobbs & Charlotte Evans) who worked on the sale of this property were A+. Given I did not reside locally, Nathan & Charlotte ensured that they did all they could to prep the house for inspections and were available to support me. Nathan's approach was friendly but assured which I believe resulted in us achieving our target price.

We found Nathan and Charlotte to be responsive, accommodating, honest and easy to deal with. This was an easy purchase for us. We love our new home. Thanks guys.

Jody was really easy to work with and kept things simple throughout the whole process. She was always helpful and quick to respond. I’d happily recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
