We have bought, sold and rented out several properties through Harcourts Meander Valley and have nothing but praise for their professionalism and work ethic. In particular, Donna Smith is the Agent you want to have when selling your property. She is incredibly knowlegable about the area and Real Estate generally, with a very successful sales history in Deloraine and its environs. We have found Donna to be honest, straightforward and committed to providing the best possible outcome for your sale. Approachable and on the ball with great communication skills, we have never had a better Agent at any time. We recommend her as the go to Agent in Deloraine should you be selling or purchasing. We would like to thank Donna for her hard work in securing fantastic outcomes on both the properties she has sold for us to date.

Donna was a pleasure to work with - had the property listed for 5 days and sold it to a cash buyer!! Highly recommended and very professional.

I am so pleased that I chose Donna and the team at Harcourts Deloraine to sell my property. They were very professional but still very approachable. The whole experience was much easier than I initially expected it to be.

Professional, friendly, extremely helpful ... I'm very happy with my purchase. Good experience.

Donna went above and beyond what she was required to do in order to sell my property. I would not hesitate to recommend her services, she is a true professional and a great listener, especially in unusual circumstances. I thank you Donna and really appreciate all the help you gave to me. Regards Karen

We found Donna to be extremely helpful had lots of knowledge of the area we bought in and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process i recommend her as an agent to all.

Easy and trustworthy communication. It was a delight to deal with Donna.

Donna Smith is everything you want in a real estate agent, but many fall far short of her attention to detail, honest answers to straightforward questions, and intimate knowledge of the patch in which she is working. I feel that every purchase and sale through Donna leaves both parties thinking they got a fair deal - no mean feat to juggle those emotions when buying and selling, but Donna does it effortlessly because of her warm nature.

Being from interstate and looking for a property in Tasmania was proving to be a challenge and difficult process until we found a property listed with Donna at Harcourts Reality Deloraine. From booking our first inspection of the property through to settlement Donna has been very understanding, patient and supportive of our needs, she took the time to educate us on the differences of buying in Tasmania as opposed to our home in NSW and nothing was too much trouble. Donna was always quick to respond to our queries. Whilst Donna was hired by the seller to sell the property she worked tirelessly for us as buyers. So if you are looking to buy or sell we would have no hesitation in recommending Donna to get the job done for you.

Donna did an amazing job under difficult circumstances and I would recommend her highly.

Donna had our house sold quicker than expected and achieved a good price. Donna has expert knowledge of the local market and the best strategies to achieve a sale.

Donna is a pleasure to deal with, focused, and perceptive. She matched me with this house in a way that showed she listened to feedback about other houses I had seen, and allowed me the space to take in the house at my own pace, to feel at ease, thus allowing me to make quite a quick decision about buying. Thank you.
