Great local knowledge, easy to deal with. Good pre-qualification of potential buyers, great communication before & after each inspection. Didn't achieve the original expected price, but unfortunately weather conditions and hungry local wildlife made sure the property wasn't looking its best. Also great with helping out on "ancilliaries" - e.g. removalists, tradies etc.
